What Yazen does not mention is a place you can visit. Overgewicht Nederland has a branch in Amersfoort for measurements. With a measurement of your energy use at rest you can see how much energy your body uses when lying still. With an InBody analysis of fat and muscle you track how your body composition changes; that measurement is mainly useful for following your own progress, measured under the same conditions.

In addition, Overgewicht Nederland offers more routes under one roof. Yazen works with a subscription: according to its website, the Change programme costs from €3.25 per day (€99 per month), medication not included. The advantage is that you pay monthly and do not have to pay a large sum in one go. The page consulted does not state a notice period, so ask about it before you start.
